Thank you - I’m so pleased you’ve decided to go ahead!

I’m looking forward to helping you understand which foods in your kitchen are already supporting your long-term health goals, where there may be a few gaps, and which regular choices might be working against you.I’ll begin your Kitchen Snapshot Audit as soon as I’ve received your photographs and your answers to a few short questions. Your completed report will then be sent to you within five working days.

What happens next?

1. Download the two short documents below

Photo instructions - these explain what to photograph and how to make sure everything is clear enough for me to review.
Brief questionnaire - this gives me a little context about your goals, preferences and usual eating habits.

2. Complete the questionnaire in whichever way is easiest

You can> complete it electronically and upload it with your photographs;
> print it, write your answers by hand, then scan or photograph the completed pages;
> or simply reply to the questions in the email I’ll send you.
There’s no preferred method. Please use whichever feels simplest.

3. Look out for your personal upload link

I’ll email you by the end of the next working day with a personalised Dropbox link.You won’t need a Dropbox account. Just click the link and follow the instructions to upload:> your kitchen photographs;
> your completed questionnaire, if you’re uploading it as a document or photograph.
Once I’ve received everything, I’ll confirm that your audit is under way.

A quick reminder

You can send up to 20 photographs. There’s no need to photograph every item individually - the instructions explain how to capture the contents of your cupboards, fridge and freezer clearly without making this into a major project.I’m looking forward to seeing what’s already working well in your kitchen and helping you identify the changes most worth making next.

The instructions should give you everything you need, but if anything is unclear, please email me at [email protected].
